How we use information
The primary use of your personal information, other than directly in

relevant information.
We also use registration information to let you know about new features or
other offers of interest from us and to address customer service needs and
requests.
·
Cookies
Contrary to popular myth, cookies do not extract
private or personal information from your computer's memory, but rather, record
only information you volunteer to us upon registering or visiting the site.
Cookies are tiny files placed onto the hard drive of your computer when you
register at our Web site that enable our server to recognize or
"remember" who you are each time you return. Cookies can be removed
by following Internet browser help file directions.
·
Log files
Like most standard website servers we use log
files. This includes Internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet
service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp,
and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's
movement in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for
aggregate use. IP addresses, etc. are not linked to personally identifiable
information.

we ask for contact information such as name and email address. Out of respect
for our user’s privacy, we provide a way to opt-out of these communications.

Sharing—Third parties
KE Kids World will not disclose your personal information provided in
connection with membership registration or purchases, except with your
knowledge and consent as described in this Privacy Policy or as may be required
by law, or to protect the rights or property of KE Kids World.
Information submitted by you online (such as information about products you
purchase from us, your name, address, email address) may be shared with
companies with which we have a commercial relationship and through which you
reached KE Kids World, for marketing purposes. For example, if you make a
purchase with us because of a special offer made through another site acting as
a distributor of our products, in that circumstance you will be considered
their customer as well. We will not, except as may be required by law, share
with any other party your password or payment information.
We reserve the right to disclose aggregated user statistics, such as "65%
of our users are female" in order to describe our services to prospective
partners, advertisers, and other third parties. Under protection of
confidentiality agreements, KE Kids World may match common user information,
such as name, address and phone number with third party data to avoid duplication
and prevent errors.
Our commitment to data security
KE Kids World takes every precaution to protect our users' information. When
users submit sensitive information via the website, their information is
protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information
(such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected
with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. While on a secure
page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such
as Netscape Navigator and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as
opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just "surfing."
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also
do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our
users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is
restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a
specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service
representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy
practices. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information
are in a secure environment, behind a locked cage in a locked facility.
If you have any questions about the security at our website, you can
send an email to skayser@kekidsworld.com
Our commitment to children's privacy
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that
reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we
actually know are under 13. There is
nothing on our website that would be inappropriate for children, however if
parents wish to allow their children to select products on our website we
recommend that parents monitor their children’s activity and approve all
transactions.
How you can access or correct your information
You can access your personally identifiable information collected by KE Kids
World by logging into your account and visiting the "My Account"
section of the website. You can correct factual errors in your personally
identifiable information by sending us a request that credibly shows error. To
protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify
your identity before granting access or making corrections.
For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.
The information we collect is used for internal review and is then discarded, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.
If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive e-mail from our company.
