When the product is delivered inspect the packaging for damage. If package is damaged make note of it with the carrier at time of delivery. If product is damaged process claim through the carrier. If package is not damaged when delivered but product is defective call the number on the packing slip for a return authorization and return product to address supplied. Note different products are shipped from different warehouses and need to be returned to the proper address for return to be recognized. Refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of product.
